Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer for both sending and returning the item.


Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are only possible if the desired size is currently in stock.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at curtsytoes@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. If the item meets our policy requirements and the desired size is available (for exchanges), we will provide further instructions.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at curtsytoes@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the fault, and a brief description. We’ll be happy to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
