Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-orders will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, U.S. customers may incur higher import duties on footwear. We are unable to predict or cover these additional fees, and they will be collected by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier upon delivery.
